What's new on our web site:
We hold our Cowboy Action Shooting match the fourth Saturday of every month, at the Port Malabar Rifle and Pistol Club in Palm Bay, Florida (all SASS rules apply).
Registration begins at 8:30 am, with a mandatory shooters' meeting at 9:15 am. Shooting will commence by 9:30 am. Cost is $10.00 per person. All first-time shooters with the Indian River Regulators must check in with safety officers prior to the shooter's meeting (please register early so you can join your posse on time). All Juniors shoot for free.
Come on out and enjoy our match. Bring a friend!
If you want to participate in the new shooter class, you must e-mail Turkey Creek Red at firstname.lastname@example.org or call (321) 728-7928 prior to the class.
This is a very informal class, scheduled as requested, on the first Saturday of the month at 9:00 am. Look for us in bay 1 or bay 4 of the action area of our range. We highly recommend our Cowboy Class for any new SASS shooter or anyone thinking about getting involved with Cowboy Action Shooting. We cover everything you need to know for safe and enjoyable participation in your first match.
Experienced shooters might want to consider attending, as we often cover more advanced shooting methods when we have experienced participants.
Best of all: it is free!
(More) Help Wanted:
If there are folks out there who would like to help us operate the matches at our club, we could sure use more help. Our Cowboy Council does a terrific job, and I want to make sure that we do not lean too heavily on any of the members. I especially need folks who can show up during the week for match setup, and folks who can help us tear down after the match. Whatever it is you would like to help with, I am sure we can accommodate you. Thanks!
Contact our match director Turkey Creek Red at email@example.com or call (321) 728-7928.
